Who is Tim?
Hi, I’m Tim Borovkov – an entrepreneur and software engineer with a passion for technology, innovation, and the future of Europe. Born in Tallinn and raised in Helsinki, I’ve spent my life exploring how modern technology can solve real-world challenges.
As a self-taught programmer from a young age, I’ve developed a strong foundation in building things from the ground up. My main tech stack revolves around TypeScript, Next.js, and Go, and I’m always eager to tackle new projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible. Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide variety of projects, and today, I’m co-running Tecci, a software consultancy that delivers cutting-edge solutions to businesses. Beyond my work at Tecci, I’m constantly experimenting with new side projects and innovations.
When I’m not coding or growing my projects, you’ll find me immersed in political discussions, advocating for free-market liberalism and a more united Europe. I believe technology is not only a driver of economic growth but also a key to fostering deeper connections and collaboration across borders.
On this site, you’ll find my thoughts on tech trends, entrepreneurship, and politics, along with insights into how these worlds intersect to shape our collective future. Let’s connect through X, LinkedIn, or Instagram – or dive into my blog for more updates and ideas.
